                     Conditions :

 

Prices are for renting the apartment as a whole and not per person.

 

-Low season: From 7-31 January, February, March, from April 1 to Good Friday, October, November 1-19 December.

-High season: From the Sunday after Easter to 30 April, May, June, July, 1-8/24-31 August, September

-Peak season: 1-6 January, Easter Saturday to the first Saturday after Easter, 9-23 August, 20-31 December

 

-The extra charge for an additional children bed for children below 12 years of age is 15 euro per night. 

 

-Check-in from 15:00 to 19:30. Check-out before 13:00

Please contact me in case of arrivals after 20.00.

 

The price includes: Bed linen and towels (changed once a week), hairdryer (upon request) Wi-Fi internet connection, parking, final cleaning of the apartments, baby crib (upon request), 10% VAT.

 

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

 Tourist tax for the municipality of Florence, to be paid in cash: 2,00 EUR per person/night for the apartments (the tax is not due for children under 8 years of age); additional linen and towel change (upon request); additional cleaning (upon request).

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Reservations can be cancelled with no penalty up to 60 days prior to the date of arrival.

• In case of cancellation between 60 to 30 days prior to the date of arrival we will grant the possibility to use the deposit for another reservation made within one year, to be agreed and subject to availability.

• In case of cancellation on a shorter notice and up to 3 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

• In case of cancellation within 3 days from arrival or for non-shows the client will be charged 90% of the price and will have no right to reimbursement. 

 

DAMAGES

All damages caused to items and/or facilities must be immediately notified to the Manager and reimbursed.
